Rather than a typical Indian or Japanese style, the kitchen prepares a European-style curry with a base of rich beef stock, slow-simmered into a deep, gravy-like sauce. The signature Special Beef Curry arrives with the sauce in a silver gravy boat for you to pour over the rice, which is topped with large, fork-tender chunks of beef. The result is a layered, umami-rich flavour uncommon at this price point, finished with a signature garnish of chopped zha cai (pickled mustard stems).

Guests consistently praise the Special Beef Curry (特選ビーフカレー) for its melt-in-your-mouth meat, as well as the Shrimp Curry (海老カレー) and the rich Beef Stew (ビーフシチュー). Many note the balanced progression from sweet to spicy, the quality of the rice, and the generous portions. A popular option is the set, which adds a substantial salad and a light panna cotta-style dessert.
