Kōchi

Hirome Ichiba is a sprawling indoor food market and communal dining hall in central Kochi where locals and visitors gather to eat, drink, and socialize. Over 60 food stalls cluster around shared tables, serving fresh seafood, grilled bonito (katsuo tataki), gyoza, and local specialties in an intentionally chaotic, smoky, high-energy atmosphere.
