Opened in 2023 and listed in the Tabelog Ramen Kanagawa "Tabelog 100" in both 2024 and 2025, this shop is built around a clear chicken broth (seichū) shio ramen made without added MSG. The salt tare is layered with clam, oyster and white wine, and reviewers note that the flavour shifts as the bowl goes on. The chef trained at the well-known Chabuya, and a Chinese influence shows in the wonton bowl, which pairs one shrimp and one pork filling. Noodles are made in-house and come thin or flat-cut.
Most reviews praise the clean shio broth, and many diners finish every drop. The MIX wonton shio is the most-ordered bowl, with the plump shrimp wonton singled out again and again. The two cuts of chashu and the smooth noodles get frequent mentions, and the white niboshi (dried sardine) broth is described as clean rather than bitter. The room is clean and spacious for a ramen shop, with tables, a tatami area and a kids' ramen.
Criticism is consistent but in the minority: some find the broth too salty, others find it thin or lacking punch. At busy times bowls can take 15–30 minutes to arrive, and seating can be slow even with free seats. The noodles are soft and firmness cannot be adjusted, which a few disliked. One reviewer found the chashu rice bowl soggy, and two mentioned chipped bowls.
Reviewers in 2024–2026 paid around ¥1,000–1,100 for the basic chūka soba shio and ¥1,250, later ¥1,350 for the MIX wonton shio. Tantanmen and sanrātanmen (hot-and-sour noodles) ran about ¥1,200, chashu rice about ¥450, a soft-boiled egg ¥200 and the kids' ramen ¥550. Expect to spend ¥1,000–2,000 at lunch or dinner. Most reviewers call it fair, even cheap, for the craft and toppings, though a few unhappy diners felt ¥1,350 was steep.
