toki (らぁめん鴇) opened in June 2025 and was named to the Tabelog Ramen Kanagawa "Tabelog 100" the same year. The chef trained at Menya Ishin and cuts his noodles on a machine inherited from his former master. The style is tanrei shoyu, a clear, light soy-sauce ramen built on a deep niboshi (dried sardine) and fish broth. The 11-seat counter feels closer to a sushi bar than a ramen shop, and the chef runs it with his wife.

Most reviewers praise a broth that deepens as you eat and noodles that are silky and springy. The chashu range stands out: hung-roasted, lightly smoked pork, pork jowl, chicken and duck. Regulars treat the duck loin topping as essential. The ginger-scented wontons with slippery skins come up in almost every review, and the butameshi, rice topped with seared chashu, is often called the best ramen-shop rice reviewers have had. The newer "black" tsukemen, served with a dark, peppery dipping broth, has a devoted following. The wife's hospitality is praised in most reviews.

Some reviewers find it expensive for ramen. A few found the soup too salty or short on dashi, or the noodles too soft. Walk-ins describe confusing waits behind guests with reservations, sometimes standing in the rain.

The shop serves lunch only. Reviewers in 2026 paid around ¥1,200 for shoyu ramen, ¥1,500 for wantanmen, ¥1,300 for tsukemen (+¥100 for the black broth), ¥450 for duck loin and ¥530 for butameshi. A typical lunch runs ¥1,200–2,500. The former "tokusei" deluxe bowls at ¥1,700–1,900 were dropped in a mid-2026 menu revamp. Value is good by most accounts, with generous portions and high-quality toppings, though a minority found a ¥2,300+ bill hard to justify for ramen.
