Iruka Tokyo: Complex, Restaurant-Style Tsukemen

Iruka Tokyo (入鹿TOKYO) has earned a reputation as one of Tokyo's top tsukemen destinations, drawing crowds to the suburb of Higashikurume. Its specialty is a refined, multi-layered experience built around silky, flat noodles served in chilled kelp water (kombu-sui).
