Misokko Fuku (味噌っ子 ふっく) has earned a devoted following for its singular take on miso ramen. The signature bowl features a thick, velvety soup—a blend of white miso and vegetables that has an almost potage-like consistency. This rich broth clings perfectly to the chewy, custom-made noodles. What truly sets it apart is the finishing touch: bean sprouts flash-fried in a wok at high heat, which imparts a distinct smoky, aromatic char that permeates the entire bowl. Most bowls also include two different styles of chashu pork, a detail reviewers consistently praise.

Diners almost universally laud the signature miso ramen (and its spicy variant) for its layered umami and creamy texture. The combination of the fragrant wok-fried sprouts, the substantial noodles, and the generous portions of tender chashu makes for a deeply satisfying meal. The side dish of chashu-meshi, a small rice bowl topped with pork, is also extremely popular and often cited as a must-order.

The main drawback is the wait; queues of an hour or more are common, especially at peak times. Some diners find the soup's richness and saltiness overpowering, and the small dining room can fill with smoke from the active wok and grill, leaving a scent on your clothes. Popular side dishes can also sell out.

Despite the wait, most feel it offers excellent value. Reviewers recently paid around ¥1,100–¥1,250 for the standard miso ramen, and ¥1,450–¥1,600 for the deluxe version with an egg and extra chashu. The chashu rice bowl is about ¥400. For the quality and complexity of the ingredients, fans agree it's a price worth paying.
