NoruraDa (NoruraDa) offers a tightly staged omakase experience where creative Korean cooking meets Japanese and Western culinary techniques. Seated at an L-shaped counter, guests watch the chef prepare a sequence of small, inventive plates. The restaurant is particularly known for two signature dishes: an obsessively prepared domestic ganjang gejang (soy-marinated raw crab), and a spiced oxtail roast that is prepared over three days with eleven different spices.

Reviewers consistently praise the quality of the cooking. The ganjang gejang is a frequent highlight, with many diners finishing the flavourful marinade with rice and seaweed. Other highly-rated dishes include the spiced oxtail, a delicate snow crab gyeran-jjim (steamed egg custard), white shrimp kimbap, and a starter of yukhoe (beef tartare) with squid and sea urchin. The theatrical, explanatory service and the selection of craft makgeolli also receive regular commendation.

A minority of guests note some drawbacks. The space is small, dim, and can feel claustrophobic, with seats positioned close together. It can also become loud when groups are enjoying the all-you-can-drink (nomihodai) plan. A few isolated reports mention minor service issues or cleanliness falling short of expectations.

For a special occasion, most diners find NoruraDa offers good value. Reviewers in 2023–2026 typically paid around ¥16,500 for the main 'Shun no Omakase' dinner course, with lunch courses reported at about ¥7,000. An all-you-can-drink dinner package was also available for around ¥15,000. While a few felt the portions were small for the price, most agreed the high-quality ingredients and memorable dishes justified the expense, with lunch often cited as particularly good value.
