Go-karting on the streets of Tokyo. While walking around the city you’ll often spot rows of red go-karts driven by people in colorful kigurumi. These routes exist not only in Akihabara but in other districts as well. A single ride costs around ¥10,000–¥15,000, and an international driving permit is required.

Akihabara, often called "Akiba," is Tokyo's electric town and a global hub for anime, manga, and gaming culture. Visitors are immersed in a dazzling world of neon-lit shops, maid cafes, and arcades, offering everything from cutting-edge electronics to rare collectibles.

Judo, kendo (sword fighting), karate and aikido are popular in Japan. Most tournaments are held at the Nippon Budokan. The arena was built for the 1964 Olympic Games — the year judo was added to the Olympic program. The Budokan has an interesting octagonal, temple-style roof. Some competitions are closed to the public, but on weekends many tournaments take place with free admission.
