Located conveniently in the domestic terminal of New Chitose Airport, it's a popular last stop for travellers. The shop's specialty is its signature Yotsuba Soft (よつ葉ソフト), a dense, milky soft-serve made with 100% milk from the Tokachi region, designed to showcase the pure flavour of Hokkaido dairy.
Reviewers consistently praise the pure milk flavour and exceptionally smooth mouthfeel of the classic vanilla soft-serve. The mixed soft-serve, particularly the vanilla and Hokkaido salt caramel (バニラ×北海道塩キャラメル) combination, is also a frequent favourite, as are the parfaits like the Haskap & Yogurt (ハスカップとヨーグルトのパフェ). Many visitors appreciate that the queues here are often shorter than at other popular sweet shops in the airport, and the generous portion sizes and crisp waffle cones are also noted as positives.
While overwhelmingly popular, a minority of guests find the texture slightly icy rather than creamy, or feel the flavour becomes overly sweet towards the end of the portion. Seating is very limited, so expect to stand and eat. A few reviewers have also noted that parfait sales may stop in the early evening, well before the shop's closing time.
