Bledor Hayama honten (ブレドール 葉山本店) is a destination bakery in the seaside town of Hayama, Kanagawa, that draws crowds for two main reasons: its signature raisin bread baked with a whole Camembert cheese inside (レザンベール), and its unique morning service. This 90-minute, reservation-only session isn't a typical buffet; instead, staff bring a sequence of 12 to 15 different freshly baked items to your table, one by one.
Guests consistently praise the quality and variety of the breads, which arrive warm with a fresh-from-the-oven aroma. Besides the famous raisin-Camembert loaf, reviewers single out the rich Échiré-butter shokupan (milk bread), apple pie, and savory curry bread. Many visitors buy extra loaves to take home from the bakery counter. However, some guests are disappointed to find the morning service is a sequential tasting of one of each item per person, not an all-you-can-eat buffet. On busy days, a few have noted uneven service, long waits, or items that were not served hot.
Despite this, most find it to be excellent value. Reviewers in 2024–2026 paid around ¥1,980 for the morning set. Individual items are also available, with the raisin-Camembert bread (レザンベール・トモコ) costing around ¥291 and the apple pie between ¥441 and ¥550. Lunch sandwiches cost about ¥1,400–¥1,430. The typical spend for the morning service or lunch is ¥1,000–¥1,999.
