INACASA (イナカーザ) is a husband-and-wife Italian restaurant in the chef's family home. Chef Inazaki builds a seasonal tasting menu around produce from across Japan, much of it from farms on the Noto Peninsula. He cooks with a wood stove, a vacuum cooker and straw-smoking. His wife runs a tea pairing of Taiwanese and Chinese teas brewed in front of you, and reviewers rate it as highly as the wine. The restaurant was selected for Tabelog's Italian EAST "Tabelog 100" in 2023 and 2025.
Almost every review mentions the summer corn dish: mousse, gelato and grilled corn under a freshly made waffle cone, seasoned only with salt. The focaccia is baked fresh and served twice, and several guests call it the best they have eaten. Wood-fired Ozaki beef comes up repeatedly, as do the pastas. Among them is a sea-urchin spaghettoni that tastes creamy but contains neither cream nor egg. Guests also value the couple's warm explanations of each dish and the generous wine pours.
Most criticism is about pace. Dinner runs three to three and a half hours on high chairs, and nothing is served until every guest has arrived. One diner waited nearly 30 minutes for the first plate. The counter is small, so loud neighbours affect the whole room. A few found a dish or the opening course underwhelming, and lunch may not include the wood-fired cooking.
The kitchen serves set courses only, so per-dish prices are not documented. Reviewers in 2025–2026 paid around ¥11,495–12,100 for the lunch course and ¥18,150 for the dinner course, plus a 10% service charge. A five-glass wine pairing cost ¥5,500 in 2023, and teas start at about ¥1,500. One 2025 dinner with an eight-wine pairing came to ¥27,830 all-in. Before drinks, expect roughly ¥10,000–15,000 per person at lunch and ¥15,000–20,000 at dinner. With a pairing, dinner comes to ¥20,000–30,000.
Value is good. Several reviewers call it cheap for the ingredients and labour, and an experienced high-end reviewer judged the ¥27,830 paired dinner a bargain. A few scored value lower, but none felt overcharged.
