Muni (無二) is an exclusive sushi experience, hidden away on the eighth floor of an unassuming building in Naha. Behind a concealed door lies a polished, seven-seat counter where guests are served a single omakase tasting menu. The chef's approach is rooted in classical Edo-mae technique, employing careful aging of fish and deliberately using two different styles of seasoned sushi rice (shari) to complement different toppings.

Reviewers consistently praise the quality of the nigiri, with special mentions for fatty tuna (toro), horse mackerel (aji), and sea eel (anago), as well as top-grade sea urchin (uni). The restaurant's clear signature is a lavish presentation of crab meat topped with a generous serving of caviar, which is a highlight for many guests. The delicate aging work, such as on a 30-day-aged amberjack (kanpachi), and the thoughtfully curated sake and wine pairings also draw high praise.

The main criticisms are practical. The entrance can be difficult to locate, requiring guests to use an intercom to enter the building. The meal is both expensive and long, with some services lasting three to four hours. A few diners wished the menu featured more fish local to Okinawa. The omakase course is priced around ¥38,500 per person, with recent guest bills reaching ¥44,000 including drinks. The typical dinner spend is listed between ¥30,000 and ¥39,999. Most visitors feel the exceptional quality and craft justify the cost for a special occasion.
