At quinto (クイント), dining is a performance. Seated at an intimate 8-seat counter, guests watch as the chef crafts an omakase menu built on a unique philosophy: the chemistry of just two main ingredients per dish. This concept unfolds with theatrical flair, as courses are finished right in front of you, making for an engaging and highly personal meal.

The creativity of the pairings is a consistent highlight for visitors. Reviewers almost universally praise the starter of fresh tomato and sweet shrimp (amaebi), the house-made brioche served with foie gras and onion, and the signature saba-pan—mackerel wrapped and fried in a crisp dough. Other standouts include charcoal-grilled duck and a deeply flavorful grilled fish rice. Many guests also opt for à la carte additions like Genovese pasta or duck salt ramen. The experience is particularly welcoming for international visitors, with many noting the chef's helpful English explanations and take-home course cards.

The main point of criticism revolves around drinks. Several reviewers were surprised by opaque pricing and high costs, particularly for bottled water, with reports of bills from ¥1,500 to ¥3,000 per bottle. While the food is considered excellent value, be prepared for drink costs to significantly increase the final bill.

The full omakase course was recently reported by reviewers at around ¥19,800, with a shorter course available at the later seating for about ¥11,000. An optional wine pairing costs around ¥15,000. A total bill for one person with the full course and wine pairing can be around ¥32,500, plus a 10% service charge.
