The shop roasts and processes its own cacao beans on site, a commitment that shines through in its signature creations. The ground floor operates as a takeaway shop, while the second floor is a refined salon for sit-down service.

Guests consistently praise the intense, nuanced flavours. The Parfan cake is a standout, celebrated for its berry notes and layers of crisp chocolate. The W BEAN TO SOFT soft-serve ice cream is another favourite, delivering pure bean-to-bar flavour. The most sought-after items are the elaborate, seasonal Grand Parfaits, such as a summer peach version, which are as much a visual spectacle as a dessert. Cacao-based drinks and beautifully packaged cookies and bonbons are also popular, making excellent gifts.

While the quality of the chocolate is undisputed, some visitors report that service can be slow or feel cold, and staff English is limited. The salon's popularity means there are often queues, and a one-drink minimum is usually in effect.
